Lavada Juanita Sanderlin, 95, of Cassville, passed away Sunday, Nov. 14, 2010, in Red Rose Health and Rehabilitation, Cassville.

She was born Sept. 8, 1915, in Randlett, Okla., the daughter of Benjamin Franklin and Loes Bertha (Depew) Cassell. In 1935, in Lawton, Okla., she was united in marriage to Rev. Fred Sanderlin, who preceded her in death in February 2003. Also preceding her in death were her parents; one son, Wayne Sanderlin; and two brothers.

Survivors include: a daughter-in-law, Wynona Sanderlin, of Holiday Island, Ark.; one brother, Wylie Leonard, of Bokchito, Okla.; three grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.

She received her education in Oklahoma. In 1936, she moved to Texas. She supported her husband in his ministry and was involved in many women's groups. She was a member of Mims Memorial Baptist Church in Conroe, Texas. After the death of her husband in 2003, she moved to Arkansas to be near her son and his family. She had been a resident of Red Rose Health and Rehabilitation in Cassville since August 2007.

No services are scheduled at this time. Arrangements are under direction of Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville

Burial will be at a later date in Garden Park Cemetery in Conroe, Texas.
