Michael D. "Mike" Moore, 46, of Shell Knob, passed away Thursday, Nov. 11, 2010, in St. John's Regional Health Center, Springfield.
He was born Jan. 29, 1964, in Lamar, Colo., the son of Lonnie and Katherine (Snodgrass) Moore. On May 16, 1987, in Shell Knob, he was united in marriage to Brenda Lee (Wilson) Fulp, who survives.
Additional survivors include: one son, Mitchell Wesley Don Moore, of Shell Knob; two daughters, Tonya LeDawn Davison and her husband, Jake, of Shell Knob, and Kyla Rashel Dawn Moore, of Shell Knob; his mother, Katie Moore Dinneen and her husband, Dennis, of Eagle Rock; two brothers, Trent Moore and his wife, Amy, of Eagle Rock, and Garett Moore and his wife, Teresa, of Neosho. Preceding him in death were his father, Lonnie, and grandparents.
He received his education in Walsh, Colo. in 1976, he moved to Missouri and attended Purdy School and graduated from Cassville High School. He was employed at Seven Valley's Concrete Company in construction. He was a very dedicated Christian. He served as deacon at Lohmer Full Gospel Church, was the founder of Thousand Rounds Men's Ministry, taught the adult Sunday School Class, was youth leader for 23 years and ran the sound system for the church. He was co-director of the Greg Fulp Memorial Youth Camp and was a past member of volunteer fire departments.
Funeral services were held Sunday in the Lohmer Full Gospel Church, Shell Knob, under direction of Fohn Funeral Home, Shell Knob. Doug Williams, Pastor David Donaldson and Dennis Dinneen conducted the services. Burial was at Antioch Cemetery, Cassville.
