Morgan James Murphy, 24, of Cassville, passed away at his home Monday, Nov. 15, 2010. He was born in Springfield on April 8, 1986.

Survivors include: his mother and father, Teresa and Karroll Boxley, of Cassville; a daughter, Kiley Jaymes Murphy; two brothers Levi and Logan Boxley, both of Cassville; three sisters, Kaylee Boxley, Kamala Harris and Jessica Harris, all of Cassville; and two grandmothers, Sharon Sparks, of Cassville, and Fern Boxley, of Washburn.

He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, James Sparks and Glenn Boxley.

He grew up in Cassville and graduated from Cassville High School with the class of 2004. He continued his education to become a mechanic at UTI in Chicago, Ill. Following his graduation, he returned to Barry County and was a mechanic at The Compound Auto in Marionville at the time of his death.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday in Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville. Logan Lawrence will conduct the services. Burial will be in Russell Cemetery, Butterfield.

The family will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. until service time Friday at the funeral home.
