Duane Wallace Kellner, 78, of Cassville, passed away on Monday, Oct. 4, 2010, at his home in Cassville.

He was born on Aug. 6, 1932, in Tripoli, Iowa, son of Alfred Wallace Kellner and Alvina Skeries. He was a U.S. Army veteran having served during the Korean Conflict and was the owner and operator of a refrigeration and appliance repair business.

Mavis Johnson and Duane were united in marriage in February 1952. She passed away on June 9, 2000. He then married Monna F. Temple Wright on June 19, 2003, in Cassville.

Survivors include: his wife, Monna Kellner; one son; Ricky Kellner, and his wife, Kathie, of Cassville; one daughter, Jody Ragsdale, of Cassville; four step-daughters, Margie Lyon and her husband, Jay, of Yuma, Ariz.; Glenda Wright-Skelton and her husband, Clay, of Cassville; Sandra Bowen and her husband, Brad, of Ely, Nev.; and Bobbie Wright, of Cassville; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; other step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren; and one brother, Robert Kellner, of Waterloo, Iowa.

He was preceded in death by his first wife and his parents.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of the White Funeral Home and Crematory in Cassville.
