Mark R. Caswell, 53, of Golden, passed away Thursday, Aug. 26, 2010, in his home.
He was born Nov. 20, 1956, in Brookings, S.D., the son of Edward "Ted" and Lee (Green) Caswell. On Dec. 7, 1991, in Sonora, Calif., he was united in marriage to Trudy Anita Fuller, who survives.
Additional survivors include: his parents, Ted and Lee Caswell, of Jamestown, Calif.; one stepson, Jeffrey Freeman and his wife, Angela, of Hot Springs, Ark.; two grandchildren; seven brothers, and sisters, Carmen Caswell, of Sonora, Calif., Rick Caswell, of Wichita, Kan., Guy Jones and his wife, Chris, of Sonora, Calif., Terry Sykes, of Columbia, Calif., Patty Engel and her husband, Duaine, of Santa Barbara, Calif., Helen Corby and her husband, Jim, of Sonora, Calif., and John Brownwood and his wife, Penny, of Atwater, Calif.
He received his education in Santa Barbara, Calif., where he graduated from high school. He was a U.S. Army veteran. He had been employed for DMT Services in Siloam Springs, Ark., as a long haul truck driver.
Services will be privately held in Sonora, Calif. Cremation arrangements are under direction of Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville.
