Mary Lucile Brisco, 81, of Lampe, passed away Saturday, May 15, 2010, in St. John's Hospital, Berryville, Ark.

She was born Feb. 14, 1929, in Compton, Ark., the daughter of Sam and Bessie (Fredrick) Sims. On Dec. 5, 1945, she was united in marriage to Clyde Orris Brisco, who preceded her in death. Also preceding her in death were her parents, three brothers and two sisters.

Survivors include: five sons, Charles Rodney Brisco and his wife, Kathleen Carol, of Berryville, Ark., Roger Darrel Brisco and his wife, Jackie, of Cassville, Orris Wayne Brisco and his wife, Lynna Sue, of Berryville, Ark., Sanvern Lynn "Sam" Brisco, of Berryville, Ark., and Kenerd Orley Brisco and his wife, Shannon, of Shell Knob; one daughter, Karen Lucinda Slagley, of Blue Eye; one brother, Crandle Eugene Sims and his wife, Katherine, of Yakima, Wash.; two sisters, Alma Wynne, of Yakima, Wash., and Aileen Fultz, of Lincoln, Ark.; nine grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

She received her education at Urbanette, Ark. She raised cattle.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, May in Fohn Funeral Home, Shell Knob. Pastor Shirley McCullough will conduct the services. Burial will be in McCullough Cemetery, Shell Knob.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today (Wednesday) in Fohn Funeral Home, Shell Knob.
