BLOOD DRIVE: The American Red Cross will hold a blood drive in the Purdy High School gymnasium from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

ENROLLMENT: Kindergarten enrollment for Southwest School will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Southwest Elementary School. Parents can drop in and enroll their child at any time during the enrollment event.

BREAKFAST: The Southwest speech and debate teams will host an all-you-to-eat pancake breakfast from 8 to 10 a.m. in the Southwest High School commons area. The event will also include a pancake flipping demonstration by Guiness World record holder Chris Cakes, of Kansas City.

SPECIAL EVENT: The Cassville Senior Center will host a pancake breakfast from 7 to 10 a.m. A garage sale will also be held from 7 a.m. to noon. Proceeds from the event will benefit the senior center.

FUNDRAISER: A Relay For Life bake sale fundraiser will be held at Carr Plaza in Cassville at 7 a.m. Proceeds will benefit the American Cancer Society.

FUNDRAISER: The Exeter High School senior class will hold a car wash at Tiger Carwash in Exeter at 10 a.m. Proceeds will be used for a senior class trip.

AWARDS NIGHT: Southwest School will host an Awards Night for kindergarten through fourth grade students at 6 p.m. in the elementary cafeteria. All students will be recognized for their reading achievement during the 2009-10 school year. Students and parents are encouraged to attend.
