Torri Dawn Brady, 46, of Little Rock, Ark., passed away Thursday, April 8, 2010, in Baptist Health Medical Center, Little Rock.
She was born March 26, 1964, in Beaver, Okla., and moved to Arkansas at a young age. She received her elementary education in Gentry, Ark., and graduated from Siloam Springs (Ark.) High School. She received her bachelor's degree at the University of Central Arkansas in Conway and two years of x-ray training at St. Vincent's Hospital in Little Rock. In 1986, she moved from Conway, Ark., to Little Rock, Ark., where she worked at Baptist Health Medical Center as an ultrasound technician supervisor. She was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church in Little Rock, Ark., where she sang in the adult choir and was leader of the children's choir.
Survivors include: her mother and step-father, Norma and Homer Dutton, of Shell Knob; and two sisters, Teresa Thompson and her husband, Danny, of Rogers, Ark., and Tonya Painter, of Shell Knob. Preceding her in death were her grandparents and her dad, Ovet Brady,
Funeral services were held Monday in Lohmer Full Gospel Church, Shell Knob, under direction of Fohn Funeral Home, Shell Knob. Rev. Don Wilburn conducted the services. Burial was at McGuire Cemetery, Viola.
