Sherman F. "Mickey" Williams, 77, of Cassville, passed away Saturday March 6, 2010, at his home.
He was born April 12, 1932, in Barry County, the son of Hilsden and Anna (Jewel) Williams. On Nov. 10, 1956, he was united in marriage to JoAnn England who survives.
Additional survivors include: three daughters, Ronda Rae Rose and her husband, David, of Exeter, Mickey Ranae Brock and her husband, Jay, of Lee's Summit, Fonda Rochelle Lebow and her husband, Randy, of Cassville; one brother, Johnny Williams and his wife, Bonnie, of Purdy; two sisters, Betty Timmons and her husband, R.J., of Exeter, and Billie Jean Higgs and her husband, John, of Exeter; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Preceding him in death were his parents and one granddaughter, Brandy Rose.
He received his education at Exeter, where he graduated from high school. He spent his entire life in Barry County, where he was employed for the Missouri State Department of Transportation, retiring in 1987. He served our country in the United States Army in Germany. He was a member of Exeter Baptist Church.
Graveside services were held Tuesday in Maplewood Cemetery, Exeter. Cremation arrangements are under direction of Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville.
