Martha L. Freeman, 69, of Purdy, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 23, 2010, in her home.

She was born June 13, 1940, in Harrison, Ark., the daughter of Charlie and Veturia (Creekmore) Warner. On June 14, 1958, she was united in marriage to Kenneth Freeman, who survives.

Additional survivors include: one son, Jack Freeman and his wife, Barbara, of Cassville; three daughters, Rhonda Sartin, of Exeter, Tammie Williamson and her husband, Carroll, of Purdy, and Deanna Carver and her husband, Chris, of Purdy; four brothers, Richard Warner and his wife, Becky, of Garfield, Ark., Glenn Warner and his wife, Diane, of Rogers, Ark., Wayne Warner and his wife, April, of Rogers, Ark., and Danny Warner and his wife, Gwen, of Huntsville, Ark.; three sisters, Freda Freeman and her husband, Cleo, of Lowell, Ark., Frances McCormick and her husband, Bobby, of Seligman, and Sharon Morgan and her husband, Donnie, of Rogers, Ark.; 16 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Charles Kenneth; one daughter, Deborah; one brother Robert Warner; one sister, Willidean Doughit; and two granddaughters, Sarah and Shona Wyatt.

She received her education at Lowell, Ark., and Rogers, Ark. She lived at Monte Ne, Ark., prior to moving to Missouri in 1958. She was a member of Blessing Heights Worship Center, Cassville.

Funeral services were held Friday in Blessing Heights Worship Center, under direction of Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville. Charles Cross and Karty Burbridge conducted the services. Burial was at Leann Cemetery, Leann.
