GARY OXFORD

Gary Oxford, 50, of Seligman, passed away Monday, Dec. 14, 2009, at St. John's Medical Center, Springfield. He was born the son of Virgil and Janet Oxford on Dec. 19, 1958, in rogers, Ark. He grew up in the Rogers and Pea Ridge Ark., area, but spent most of the last 15 years at Seligman.

He worked at Tyson's Distribution in Rogers, Ark. for eight years until he was disabled in 2007. He was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include: one daughter, Christina Marie, of Wheaton; one son, Dustin Ray Allen, of Seligman; seven brothers, John Oxford and his wife, Twila, of Brightwater, Ark., Mickey Oxford, of Seligman, alan Oxford and his wife, Liona, of Seligman, Douglas Oxford and his wife, Diana, of Seligman, Daryl Oxford and his wife Brenda, of Seligman, Brandon Oxford, of Seligman, and Jimmy Oxford and his wife, Brandi, of Seligman; two sisters, Teresa Wubker and her husband, Wayne, of Cassville, and Anita Robins and her husband, James, of Pineville.

Graveside services were held Monday at Rambo Cemetery, Rambo, Ark., with Pastor John Ledenham officiating.

Arrangements were by Epting Funeral Home, Bentonville, Ark.
