David Allen Black, 39, of Cassville, passed away Saturday, Oct. 31, 2009, in St. John's Regional Health Center, Springfield.
He was born June 29, 1970, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, the son of Chester R. and Sharon (Allgood) Black. On Feb. 16, 1995, in Monett, he was united in marriage to Kandy Ann Forbes, who survives.
Additional survivors include: his parents; two sons, Austin Wayne and Harley Daniel Black; one stepdaughter, Shana Dean Black; and two brothers, Jared and Joe Black.
He moved to Cassville at a young age, receiving his education at Cassville. He resided at Seneca for a short time, moving back to Cassville in 1990. He was of the Pentecostal Faith.
Memorial services were held at 3 p.m. Tuesday, in House of Prayer Worship Center, Monett, with David Moore officiating.
Cremation arrangements are under direction of Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville.
