survivors include: his wife, Helen Ruth Waller, of Cibolo, Texas; four children, William Robert Waller, Jr., of Kingwood, Texas, Pamela Sue Hoffman, of Schertz, Texas, David Ray Waller, of Augusta, Ga., and Mari Etta Swihart, of Chiang Mai, Thailand; three stepchildren, Wayne Cochran, of Marietta, Okla., Cheryl Coleman, of Wellston, Okla., and Doug Cochran, of Haughton, La.; 21 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and one brother, Ralph Merlin Waller, of Fort Worth, Texas.
He was preceded in death by a wife, Betty Pauline Hirzel Waller, of Guthrie, Okla., three brothers, Roy Thomas Waller, Wamon Glen Waller and Loren Dale Waller; and two sisters, Quoena Zell Waller and Ethel Ellen Carey.
He was a 1943 graduate of Guthrie High School, Guthrie, Okla., and 1949 graduate of Oklahoma State University. He served in Europe with the U.S. Army during WWII and was a retired Air Force Reserve Officer. He was an accountant/comptroller at various companies including Boeing, Cessna, Vulcan Materials and Ditch Witch. He was ordained as a deacon at the First Baptist Church of Haysville, Kan., and faithfully served in local churches wherever he resided. He had lived in Cibolo, Texas, for two years and was a member of First Baptist Church, Schertz, Texas.
