EDDY PHELPS

Edward Lee "Eddy" Phelps, 24, of Cassville, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2009, in an automobile accident near Cassville.

He was born March 5, 1985, in Springfield, the son of Darrell Wayne and DeEtta (Batson) Phelps.

He is survived by his mother, DeEtta Long and her husband, Douglas, of Cassville; and one brother, Wes Phelps and his wife, Michele, of Cassville.

He was preceded in death by his father and grandparents.

He attended elementary school at Galena and high school at Cassville, where he graduated. He had been employed at Fasco and then was a quarry rock tester for Hutchens Construction the last six months. He loved to fish and was an amateur artist.

No services are scheduled at this time. A private family gathering will be held. Cremation arrangements are under direction of Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville
