SUMMER LEE DUNHAM

Summer Lee Dunham, 14 month old daughter of Ami (Epperly) Decker and Kevin Dunham, of Springfield, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 11, 2009, at her home.

In addition to her mother and father, she is survived by: one sister, Alexis Decker, of Springfield; grandparents, Gary and Sharon Shelton, of Exeter, and Cassandra Epperly, of Springfield, and Jim Epperly, of Purdy; and great-grandmother, Mary "Sue" Crabtree, of Exeter.

She was preceded in death by her great-grandfather, Roger Crabtree.

She was born in Springfield, June 10, 2008.

Graveside services were held Friday, Aug. 14, at Maplewood Cemetery, Exeter, under the direction of Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville. Pastor Jerry Yarnall conducted the services.
