BONNIE F. WESTPHELING

Bonnie F. Westpheling, 69, of Johnson, Iowa, passed away on Friday, July 10, 2009, at Mercy Hospice in Johnston, Iowa, after a long battle with cancer.

He was born and raised in Cassville. He moved to Des Moines, Iowa, in 1959. He was employed for 35 years by Iowa Paint and 30 years by Sears. He was a Christian.

Survivors include: his wife of 49 years, Sandra; daughter, Debbie Seibert, of Grimes, Iowa; son, Ron, of Texas; son, Brad, of Des Moines, Iowa; son, Jeff, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; and daughter, Vicki Struse, of Ankeny, Iowa; 11 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; his mother, Mary Westpheling, of Cassville; and sister, Barbara Burbridge, of Cassville. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert G., of Texas; and brother, Dewey G., of Cassville.

Services were held Tuesday at Brooks Funeral Home, Clive, Iowa.
