Mary Helen Lewis, 86, of Golden, passed away Sunday, June 14, 2009, in her home.

Memorial services will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, July 11, in First Baptist Church, Shell Knob, under direction of Fohn Funeral Home, Shell Knob. Rev. Bob Gaddis will conduct the services.
