Sharon Kay Donaldson, 55, of Shell Knob, passed away Thursday, May 7, 2009, in Cox Walnut Lawn, Springfield.

She was born March 23, 1954, in Springfield, the daughter of Laverne and Louise (Owens) Wilson. On Dec. 7, 1984, in Shell Knob, she was united in marriage to James David Donaldson, who survives.

Additional survivors include: one daughter, Lindsey Beth Baker and her husband, James, of Shell Knob; and one sister, Brenda Lee Moore and her husband, Mike, of Shell Knob.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother-in-law.

She received her education at Fairview, Shell Knob and Cassville High School. She was vice president of Donaldson Concrete and a dedicated pastor's wife. For 17 years she cooked at youth camp. She organized women's retreats and the Secret Sister Program. She was an excellent pianist.

Funeral services were held Saturday in Lohmer Full Gospel Church, Shell Knob, under direction of Fohn Funeral Home, Shell Knob. Pastor Rex Mooneyham and Pastor Louie Bennett conducted the services. Burial was at Antioch Cemetery, Cassville.
