Additional survivors include: his mother, Nadine Bradford, of Cassville, Mo.; three daughters, Brenda Bradford and her companion Pete Navarro, of Cassville, Robin Marler and her husband, Chris, of Silva, and Dee Bradford, of Patterson; one brother, Eddie Bradford, of Cassville; two sisters, Vera Wullner, of Alton, Ill., and Barbara Steverson, of Cassville; four grandchildren, Bailey, Morgan, Macky and Little Jimmy, and Craig Birmingham, who he treated as his own son.
Funeral services were held March 12, 2009, at the Morrison-Worley Chapel in Greenville. Robin Marler gave the eulogy, Water Patrol officers gave personal reflections, and a video tribute was played in his honor. Cpl. Junior Crafton, Sgt. Terry Sanders, Sgt. Rod Sedarwall, Lt. Jeff Bair, Capt. Robert Searcy and Capt. Bill Cox served as Pall Bearers. Members of the Missouri State Water Patrol served as an Honor Detail at the funeral home and at the cemetery.
Interment was in the George Twidwell Cemetery near Silva, Mo. Services were under the direction of Morrison-Worley Funeral Chapel.
