Jerry Earl Hutchason, Sr., 62, of Shell Knob, passed away Monday, Feb. 23, 2009, in St. John's Hospital, Berryville, Ark.
He was born Oct. 2, 1946, in St. Louis, the son of Caleb Earl and Audie Christine (Medlock) Hutchason. On Nov. 5, 1969, in St. Louis County, he was united in marriage to Deborah Rosazala Hiatt, who survives.
Additional survivors include: two sons, Jerry Earl Hutchason, Jr., of St. Louis, and Christopher Earl Hutchason and his wife, Lindsay, of Shell Knob; one daughter, Margie Cathern Hutchason, of Shell Knob; one brother, Donald Ray Hutchason; and four grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
He attended elementary school in St. Louis and graduated from Richland High School and Florissant Valley Community College. He was a quality insurance director and performed all the testing for rocket launchers for the Harvard Interiors in St. Louis. After his retirement he lived in Branson West, and moved to Shell Knob in 2005. He was a member of the Bridgeway Assembly of God in Shell Knob.
His body was cremated under direction of Fohn Funeral Home, Shell Knob. No services are planned at this time.
