Tip-Off royalty Democrat Photo Cassville High School junior Natalie Cline, daughter of Sheila Cline and the late Jim Cline, of Eagle Rock, and senior J.R. Woodruff, son of Bill Woodruff, of Cassville, were crowned Tip-Off Queen and King on Feb. 13. The Tip-Off crown was donated by Tomblin's Jewelers and Jewelers of America.
