  • This letter is asking for help.

I am Uncle Larry to a very young couple with three kids. I will call the dad Jay and the mom Susie.

Jay has been out of work 3 months and so this couple did get behind on their mortgage. They were able to borrow enough from a family memeber to get the payments back on time; however the guy holding the note called and said he needed 3 months in advance by the middle of March.

He said this was in the contract and said without the three months money they would take their home and sell it and log the land(10 acres). This young couple has been dealt a dirty hand.

Maybe the contract is legal; but it is very very crooked.

Now thru their land is the entrance to my 20 acres property. I do have family on the other side so I could cut a new road.

All they need is what anyone wants, namely to be treated fairly and properly.

I will leave my e-mail and ask for any suggestions of people that have been in Jay and

    Susie's shoes.

    Thank you

    Larry Wright

  • Big kudos to Trooper Andy Ward and Chris Landstad in their apprehension of 3 burglers on August 6th near Eagle Rock. These two men are a fine example of the caliber of young people that Cassville can be proud of...I know I am!!!
