Alvie Lee Arnold, 58, of Seligman, died Friday, Dec. 12, 2008, at St. John's Hospital in Cassville.
He was born Aug. 20, 1950, at Lubbock, Texas, to Glen Alvie Arnold and Eula Faye Hutchins Arnold. He lived in this are most of his life. He served in Korea with the U.s. Army. He was a self-employed roofer. He was preceded in death by his father, and one sister, Glenda Arnold.
Survivors include: his mother, Eula Arnold, of Bentonville, Ark.; one daughter, alexa Sutherland and her husband, Donald, of Centerton, Ark.; one son, Ethan Arnold, of Centerton, Ark.; two brothers, David Arnold, of Talequah, Okla., Buddy Arnold, of Gravette, Ark.; four sisters, Peggy Murray, of Gravette, Ark., Marie Cowgur, of Bentonville, Ark., Mary Ann McCracken, of Centerton, Ark., and Ellen Reeves, of Pea Ridge, Ark.; and two grandchildren.
Graveside services were held Tuesday at Dent Cemetery with Brother allen Akins officiating.
