CYRUS EDWARD CHAPMAN

Cyrus Edward Chapman, 2, of Eagle Rock, passed away Monday, Nov. 17, 2008, in a motor vehicle accident.

He was born June 20, 2006, in Monett, the son of Matthew and Amber (Bennett) Chapman, who survive. He is also survived by two sisters, Abby and Isabella Chapman.

He was a sweet innocent child who loved Alvin and the Chipmunks.

Funeral services were held Tuesday in Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville. Burial was at Concord Cemetery, Exeter.

Services were conducted by James McMullen.
