He was born June 27, 1950, in Prairie Grove, Ark., son of John E. Ingram and Mary Lee Wade.
He was a member of Masonic Lodge in Galena, Kan.
He worked as a policeman for the Galena Police Department. He received his masters degree in criminal justice.
Survivors include; his wife, Debra K (roller) Ingram, of Neosho; his father, John W. Ingram, of Joplin; his mother, Mary Lee Ingram, of Joplin; one son, John Arthur Ingram II, of Joplin; and one brother, Charles William Ingram, of Joplin.
Services were held Thursday at the Wheaton Funeral Home with Rev. Boyce Mouton officiating. Interment was at Rocky Comfort Cemetery, Rock Comfort.
