She was a waitress and a cook.
Survivors include: three sons, Charlie Childress and his wife, Bev, of Purdy, Ronald Childress and his wife, Laquita, of Pierce City, and Kenny Pryor and his wife, Sallie, of Monett; one daughter, Marsha Mize and her husband, Rick, of Sarcoxie; two stepsons, Alvin Pryor, of Cassville, and Leon Pryor, of Marshfield; four stepdaughters, Sheila Pryor, Mary Moore, Jewel Simpson, and Norma Hayes; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by husbands, Homer Childress, Olon Pryor and Alan Parker; one stepson, Norman Parker; and one brother, Johnny Moore.
Funeral services were held Sunday at Bennett-Wormington Funeral Home, Monett. Burial was at Pierce City Cemetery.
