King and queen

Junior Kristy Whitcomb and sophomore Trent Hobbs were crowned as the 2008 Cassville High School Homecoming King and Queen during a coronation ceremony last Friday afternoon. Whitcomb is the granddaughter of Irene and Chuck Whitcomb, of Cassville, and Hobbs is the son of Kyle Hobbs, of Cassville. The pair presided over homecoming festivities that included special half-time performances by the CHS cheerleaders and the Wildcat Marching Band and a 43-6 football victory over Nevada.
