Suzanne Peters, 74, of Purdy, passed away Friday, Oct. 3, 2008.
She was born Nov. 30, 1933, in Monett, the daughter of George and Avis East Nance. She was a homemaker.
On Sept. 9, 1960, in Miami, Okla., she married Ted Peters and he preceded her in death on Dec. 21, 1991.
Survivors include: three sons, John Peters, of Fayetteville, Ark., and Michael Peters and Larry Peters, both of Augusta, Kan.; two daughters, Sabra Patton, of Purdy and Chattie Jennings, of Seneca; 19 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one daughter, Kathy Peters, on Oct. 6, 1968.
Graveside services were held Tuesday at the Monett IOOF Cemetery, Monett, under the direction of Bennett-Wormington Funeral Home.
