The Purdy Eagles baseball squad handed Crane an 8-3 loss on Monday night with Mason Roller coming up big on offense and defense.
The senior pitched a complete game, allowing four hits, two walks and two earned runs while striking out seven. Roller has went two-for-three at the plate with a homerun and three RBI.
Cody Hall also had a good night, going two-for-three with two RBI. Riley Veith and Landon Terry each recorded two hits as well.
Purdy, coached by Joshua Hughes, travels to Blue Eye this Thursday.
