Adolf S. Scheifele, 67, of Cassville, passed away Friday, July 25, 2008.
He was born Feb. 8, 1941, in Bronx, N.Y., the son of Adolf and Rosalie (Klaus) Scheifele. On April 11, 1986, in Bound Brook, N.J., he was united in marriage to Marilyn Scheifele, who survives.
Additional survivors include: one son, Brett Adolf Scheifele, of Fayetteville, Ark.; his mother, Rosalie Scheifele; and one sister, Rose Warzybuk and her husband, Joe, all of Sommerville, N.J.
He was preceded in death by his father.
He received his education in Bound Brook, N.J., where he graduated from high school. Most of his life was spent in New Jersey, where he worked for Frascella Electric, an electrical contracting company. Around three years ago, he retired as superintendent and moved from Flemington, N. J., to Cassville to make his home.
He was a member of St. Edwards Catholic Church, Cassville.
A blessing of the ashes will be conducted by Father David Miller following the 4 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 2, Mass in St. Edwards Catholic Church, Cassville. His body has been cremated under direction of Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville.
A memorial service will be held at a later date in New Jersey.
