Ann Marie Trahan, 45, of Seligman, died Sunday, June 15, 2008, in her home.

She was born Dec. 12, 1962, in Mason City, Iowa, to Frank Marian and Norma Jean (Tims) King. She moved to Barry County in 1981 from Vancouver, Wash., to make her home, and married Isreal Lee Trahan on Aug. 1, 1991.

Survivors include: her husband, Isreal Lee Trahan, of the home; her mother, Norma Jean King, of Rogers, Ark.; two sons, Nathan Lambert, of Tyler, Texas, and Shawn Newcomb, of Seligman; four daughters, Tanga Welech, of Sulphur, La., Melissa Singleton, of Starks, La., Christy Leland, of Noel, and Karisa Trahan, of Seligman; four brothers, Donald King and Frank King, both of Rogers, Ark., Troy King, of Siloam Springs, Ark., and Mark King, of Fayetteville, Ark.; and seven grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father.

A memorial service was held today (Wednesday) in Seligman. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Sisco Funeral Home, of Pea Ridge, Ark.
