Christopher Wayne Morris Stover, 24, Seligman, passed away Friday, May 9, 2008, in Freeman West Hospital, Joplin, from injuries he sustained in an automobile accident.

He was born Sept. 21, 1983, in Rogers, Ark., the son of Billy Wayne and Debra D. (Horton) Morris. He was united in marriage Nov. 17, 2000, in Eureka Springs, Ark., to Kimberly Echols and to this union one son, Edwin Alan Morris was born, and both survive.

Additional survivors include: his mother and step-father, Debra and Jimmie Dale Stover, of Seligman; his father, Billy Wayne Morris; three brothers, Brian Thornton Stover, and twin brothers Jamie Stover and Jimmie Stover, all of Seligman; and maternal grandparents, Don and Iva Horton, of Seligman.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jimmie Clyde and Betty June Stover.

He grew up in Seligman and received his education at Southwest High School, Washburn. At the age of twelve, he was saved. He was a carpenter working for a subcontractor on construction for Braum's Ice Cream Dairy Stores in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Texas and Missouri. He was a member of Rock Springs Baptist Church, Seligman.

Funeral services were held Monday, May 12, 2008, in Rock Springs Baptist Church, Seligman, under the direction of Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville. Brother Al Hollingsworth conducted the services. Burial was at Beaver Cemetery, Seligman.
