Katherine Sue "Kathy" Wierman, 61, daughter of Wallace and Ethel Louise (Ritt) Schuder, was born Oct. 12, 1946, near Fordland, Mo.

She departed this life Wednesday, March 5, 2008, in her home in Seymour, Mo.

On Jan.16, 1965, she was united in marriage to Larry Max Wierman.

She was preceded in death by her father and one brother, Darrell Schuder.

Survivors include: her husband, Max, of the home; her son, Steve, and his wife, Tina, of Seymour; two grandchildren, Dustin Wierman, and Erica Wierman, both of Seymour; her mother, Louise Schuder, of Fordland; one brother, Danny Schuder, and his wife, Dea, of Fordland; two sisters, Margie Stuckley, and her husband, Wade, of Fordland, and Vicky Cotrel, and her husband, W.H., of Falcon; and her mother-in-law, Myra Wierman, of Cassville.

She was born in Webster County, near Fordland, where she graduated from high school in the class of 1964. Following her marriage to Max, they lived in the Fordland area and then moved to Seymour about four years ago.

She accepted Christ as her personal Savior early in her life and had attended West Finley Baptist Church near her home. At the time of her death, she was a member of the First Baptist Church in Seymour.

Besides being a devoted wife and mother, she loved to read, do cross-stitching and painting.

Graveside services were held at 11 a.m., Saturday, March 8, 2008, in West Finley Cemetery, south of Fordland, with Rev. Jerry Cox and Rev. Melvin Napier officiating. Services and burial were under direction of Holman-Howe Funeral Home, Seymour. Paid
