Dena Marie Moore, a homemaker, 73, passed away Tuesday, February 12, 2008, in Cassville. Dena was born, March 22, 1934, in Ridgley, Missouri, to the late Farris and Fannie Jane (Fraizer) Brattin. On April 1, 1953, she married Dorcas "Don" Moore.

She will be joined by loved ones who preceded her in death including her parents Farris and Fanny; her husband Don; three grandchildren, Jason Stringer, Katrina Brattin, and Kimberly Moore Hobbs; and three brothers Olen, Fred, and Rufus.

She is survived by her children and their families: Tony Brattin, of Ridgley, his wife Evelyn, and sons Adam Brattin, of Springfield, and his wife Kathy, Tyrell Brattin serving the U.S. Army at Ft. Leonard Wood, and his wife Miranda; Pat Stringer, and her friend, Eddy Fink, of Jenkins, Pat's boys, Todd Stringer, of Cassville, his wife Reagan, Wesley Stringer, of Green Forest, Ark., his wife Tosh, and Greg Stringer, of Cassville; Don Moore, of Cassville, his wife Jackie, sons Michael Moore, Hawaii, Gary Moore, of Springfield; Lezlie Moore, of Monett, and her children, Brian Hall, of Butterfield, his wife, Jennifer, and Cameron, Amber Hall, of Monett, and Tommy Hall, of Golden; Tina Schaeffer of Springfield, Ohio, her husband Steve, and children, Michelle, Paul and Thomas; Shawn Walling, of Mirriam Hts., and her husband, David, and children, Amanda, Victoria, and William; she is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren, and two sisters; Mary Kotchavar of Wellington, Kan., and Connie Sue Moore, of Springdale, Ark.

Services were at 1 p.m. on Saturday at Wheaton Funeral Home. burial followed at Creason Cemetery in Ridgley
