Grace Ann Heiniger, 72, of Powersite, passed away Jan. 22, 2008, at St. John's Regional Health Center in Springfield.

She was born on Sept. 30, 1935, in Joplin, the daughter of Charles W. and Hazel Gray Cooley. She was an office manager and female damage inspector for Manley Truck Lines, also Jones Truck Lines in Joplin. She lived in Eagle Rock from 1976 to 1993. She worked as office manager for L.D. Brown in Cassville from 1979 to 1991. She moved to Hayes, Kan., in 1993, and then she moved to Hollister in 1999. in 2002, they moved to Powersite.

She was a graduate of Joplin High School Class of 1953. She was a member of St. Joseph's Anglican-Episcopal church in Branson.

She is survived by her husband, Jerry L. Heiniger, of the home.

A Burial of the Death with Holy Eucharist Service will be held at 11:15 a.m. on Sunday, Feb. 10 at the St. Joseph's Anglican-Episcopal Church in Branson (Old Stone Church) with Fr. James McTaggart officiating. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 10 at Greenlawn Funeral Home in Branson with Fr. James McTaggart officiating.
