Melissa May Rayburn, 31, of Shell Knob, passed away Sunday, Jan. 20, 2008, in her home.

She was born Nov. 16, 1976, in Naperville, Ill., the daughter of Larry D. and Jill Melissa (Bricco) Rayburn.

Survivors include: her husband, Larry Rayburn, of Sikeston; her mother and father, Jill Scott, and her husband, Eugene, of Shell Knob; a brother, Ryan Scott, of Darien, Ill.; a sister, Lindsey Pitts, and her husband, Sean, of Chattanooga, Tenn. She attended elementary school at Pleasant Dale in Burr Ridge, Ill., then finished her education in Downers Grove, Ill., at Downers Grove North. She was manager of Glamour Shots in Fox Valley Mall in Aurora, Ill. She was a cook and waitress in Shell Knob. She was a member of the Lohmer Full Gospel Church.

Funeral services were held Friday in Fohn Funeral Home, Shell Knob. Jack Betts conducted the service.
