ARTHUR EDWARD BOOHER

Arthur Edward booher, 79, of Cassville, passed away Monday, Jan. 21, 2008, at his home. He was born Jan. 11, 1929, in alton, Ill. He served in the U.S. Army from 1946 to 1949. He worked for the Illinois Railroad as a Superintendent of Trans-portation at the Illinois Terminal, retiring in 1976. He then worked for A.G. Pet Foods until his second retirement in 1996.

He had six children from his first marriage: Mrs. David (Teri) McBride, of Deerfield Beach, Fla.; Mrs. Kathy Miller, of East Alton, Ill.; Mrs. robert (Janice) Fluck, East Alton, Ill.; Mark Booher, Littleton, Colo.; Steve booher, Bethaldo, Ill., Mike booher, Deerfield Beach, Fla.; 10 grandchildren; one great grandchild; three sisters, Kris russell, Darlene russell and Betty Yost, all of East Alton, Ill.

He married gloria Ann Wickerham Aug. 1, 1980, in Ft. Myers, Fla., who survives, of the home; one stepdaughter, Mrs. Allan (Linda) Peters, of Dallas, Texas; one step-granddaughter, Mrs. Dan (Ashley) Abernathy, of Dallas, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister; and two brothers.
