Virginia Mae (Moon) Maloney passed away on Dec. 30, 2007, at the family home in Cassville after a brief illness.

She was born in Garfield, Ark., to Eugene and Juanita Moon and graduated from Rogers High School. She married her high school sweetheart, William (Bill) Maloney on July 3, 1951, and they traveled extensively during Bill's 28-year Air Force career before settling in Cassville in 1977. She worked at Fasco in Cassville for 15 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include: her husband, Bill Maloney; brother, Bill Moon, of Redding, Calif., and his wife, Dott; daughters, Teresa Boston, of Willow, Alaska, and her husband, Clark, Nancy Riley, of Hallsville, and her husband, Terry, Becky Lawson, of Cassville, and Sara Maloney of Seligman; one son, William T. Maloney, of Pacifica, Calif.; 18 grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Thursday in Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville. Rev. Bob Neeley conducted the services. Burial was at Reddick Cemetery, Garfield, Ark.
