Elizabeth Anne Doty, age 21, formerly of Cassville, died at her mother's home in Cassville, on Sunday, December 23, 2007.

Elizabeth, daughter of Elmer L. and Susan Hall Doty, was born on August 28, 1986, in Jonesboro, Arkansas. She was a 2004 graduate of Exeter High School and was attending Richland Community College in Dallas, Texas. Elizabeth was a member of the St. Thomas A'Becket Episcopal Church in Cassville.

Survivors include her father, Elmer L. Doty and his wife, Sandra, Dallas, Texas; her mother, Susan Doty, Cassville; one brother, Patrick Michael Doty, Kansas City, Kansas; one sister, Diana Lerae Doty, Boston, Massachusetts; her maternal grandmother, Clairece L. Hall, Cassville; two step-brothers, Jeremy Epting and his wife, Anna, Blue Springs, Mississippi, and Andrew Epting, of Dallas, Texas; two aunts, Linda Doty, Dallas, Texas, and Kathleen Pruitt and her husband, Ken, Jonesboro, Arkansas; one uncle, Steve Doty and his wife, Shari, Jonesboro, Arkansas; and cousins, Brandon Doty, Ashlyn Doty, Mitchell Pruitt, and Katy Pruitt.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Elmer L. Doty, Sr. and Mary S. Doty, and her maternal grandfather, Glen L. Hall.

Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, December 28, 2007, with Reverend James F. Moon officiating at the White Funeral Home in Cassville. Friends may call after 2:00 p.m. Thursday, December 27th at the White Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery in Cassville.

Pallbearers will be Patrick Doty, Andrew Epting, Kirk Carroll, Landon Snook, Timothy Evans, and Todd Linebarger.

Memorials may be made to the Exeter High School Library or the Haven of the Ozarks Animal Shelter in care of the funeral home.
