Christmas soldiers go off to battle

Cassville Intermediate School fifth grade students performed the Nutcracker in the Cassville Middle School gymnasium on Dec. 18. The show featured Levi Pollreisz as the Nutcracker. In the photo above, Pollreisz leads a group of toy soldiers into battle against the Mice King and his men. In addition to Pollreisz, the "March of the Toy Soldiers" scene featured students from Miranda Cupit's and Wendy Miekley's fifth grade classes.
