She was born Feb. 17, 1922, at Indian Bottom, Ky., to Andy Engle and Martha Wallace Engle. She moved to the area in 1970 from Laramie, Wyo. She was a housemother at the University of Wyoming in Laramie and at the U of A in Fayetteville. She was a Baptist.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband, roby Scott; her second husband, Charles Casey, Sr.; one son, Charles Casey, Jr.; one daughter, Dora Casey; one brother Nicholas Engle; and three sisters, Omi Wooten, Dora Jones and Delma Jones.
Survivors include: three daughters, Louise "Rusty" Matthews, of Seligman, Betty Early, of Heavner, Okla., and Thelma Macintosh, of Talihina, Okla.; 14 grandchildren; 40 great grandchildren and many great great grandchildren.
Graveside services were held Saturday at Pea Ridge Cemetery under the direction of Sisco Funeral Home of Pea Ridge, Ark.
