Shell Knob Senior Center Corporation proposes $175,000 condominiums

A senior housing project that has been proposed by the Shell Knob Senior Center Corporation would build 24, 1,400-square-foot condominiums near the Central Crossing Senior Center off of Highway YY in Shell Knob. According to the project plans, the condominiums will be built in a duplex format with one common wall. Each unit will feature two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dining room, a kitchen, a living area, a laundry area and a two-car garage. John Waggoner serves as architect for the project.
