Phillip A. Tice, 33, of Washburn, passed away Sunday, Nov. 11, 2007, in his home.
He was born Oct. 4, 1974, in Wichita, Kan., the son of Ronald Lee and Frankie Jane (Schell) Tice. His father preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by his grandparents, Carl and Christine Schell.
Survivors include: his wife, Stephanie Brinkman; one son, Dakota Lee Tice, of the home; one daughter, Hannah Jane Tice, of the home; his mother, Frankie Evans, of Washburn; one brother, Trent Brouhard, of Washburn; grandparents, Kenneth and Shirley Tice, of Springdale, Ark., Joy Vogel, of Muskogee, Okla., and Bob and Norma Windes, of Washburn; and his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Richard and Kristy Brinkman, of Washburn;
He received his education at Washburn. He was self employed in the construction business. He was a member of Washburn First Baptist Church and North American Hunting Club.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday in Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville. Rev. Jim Erwin will conduct the services. Burial will be at Washburn Prairie Cemetery, Washburn.
The family will receive friends from 9:30 until service time Thursday in Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville.
