RAYMOND J. VEZINA

Raymond J. Vezina, 83, of Butterfield, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 23, 2007, at his home. He was born May 5, 1924, in Alexandria, Va., the son of the late Adichal Franklin and Loretta ann (Raymond) Vezina. He married his wife, Mildred, on Dec. 12, 2002, in Eureka Springs, Ark., and she survives.

He attended St. Mary's Catholic Church in Pierce City. He was a retired mobile home mechanic.

Survivors include: three sons, Mark Vezina, of North Caroline, Marcel Vezina and Martin Vezina, both of Virginia; three daughters, Mary, Margaret and Martha; and several grandchildren.

Graveside services were held Monday at St. Agnes Cemetery, Sarcoxie, with Father Peter Morciniec officiating.

Arrangements were under the direction of Bennett-Wormington Funeral Home, Monett.
