Deborah Lee Martinez, 34, of Purdy, passed away Thursday, Oct. 18, 2007, in St. John's Regional Health Center, Springfield.
She was born Sept. 10, 1973, in Aurora, the daughter of Kenneth and Martha (Warner) Freeman. On March 15, 1997, she was united in marriage to Jason Martinez, who survives.
Additional survivors include: her parents of Purdy; one son, Joe Martinez, of Purdy; two daughters, McKinnah Freeman, of Purdy and Anastacia Martinez, of Purdy; one brother, Jack Freeman, of Cassville; three sisters, Rhonda Sartin, of Exeter, Tammie Williamson, of Stark City, and DeAnna Carver, of Purdy,
She was preceded in death by her grandparents and one brother, Charles Kenneth Freeman.
She received her education at Exeter, where she graduated from high school. She had been employed as a cashier for Wal-Mart for five years. She was a member of Blessing Heights Worship Center in Cassville.
Funeral services were held Monday in Blessing Heights Worship Center, Cassville, under direction of Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville. Pastor Louis Bennett and Pastor Jimmie Copley conducted the services. Burial was at Maplewood Cemetery, Exeter.
