Deborah Jo Lewis, 53, of Rogers, Ark., formerly of Exeter, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 9, 2007, in Northwest Medical Center, Springdale, Ark.

She was born Aug. 15, 1954, in Barry County, the daughter of Roy and Ophelia (Bowling) Robbins. On Sept. 21, 1968, in Exeter, she was united in marriage to Larry Lewis who survives.

Additional survivors include: two daughters, Sandra Moore, of Oklahoma City, Okla., and Allison Shaffer, of Columbus, Ga.; her mother, Ophelia Robbins, of Rogers, Ark.; three brothers, Kenny Robbins, of Cassville, J.D. Robbins, of Washburn, and Bernard Robbins, of Blue Springs; one sister, Linda Robbins, of Exeter; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father and a sister, Carolyn Sue.

She received her education in Exeter. After moving to Rogers, Ark., she became manager for the Locke Supply Company.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Exeter.

Funeral services were held Friday in Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville. Rev. Chad Pendergraft conducted the services. Burial was at Maplewood Cemetery, Exeter.
