Letha D. Brock, 97, of Cassville, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 4, 2007, in her home.

She was born April 9, 1910, in Atlanta, Mo., the daughter of William and Vada (Mansfield) Boulton. She was united in marriage to Ralph Potter who passed away and later married Austin Brock on Nov. 19, 1978. He preceded her in death on April 28, 1997. She was also preceded in death by her parents; a son, Keith Brock; a brother and a sister.

Survivors include: one son, Terry Brock and his wife, Barbara, of Willow Springs; a daughter, Sharon Vaughn and her husband, Sam, of Springdale, Ark.; four grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.

She received her education in Atlanta where she graduated from high school in 1927. Following high school she took a post graduate business course at Chillicothe Business College and became secretary for a law office in Macon. In 1929 she moved to Washington, D.C., and worked for the War Department for over 38 years.

She was a member of the Victory Baptist Church in Cassville.

Funeral services were held Friday in Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville. Rev. Russell Bishop conducted the services. Burial was at Horner Cemetery, Cassville.
