Carl Eugene Dunlop, 64, of Exeter, passed away Wednesday, July 25, 2007, in his home.
He was born Sept. 20, 1942, in McCune, Kan., the son of Elwood Alexander and Maggie Alice (Hardister) Dunlop. On March 31, 1969, in Pleasanton, Kan., he was united in marriage to Janice Lee, who survives.
Additional survivors include: two sons, Todd Andrew Dunlop and his wife, Kerrie, of Carl Junction, and Troy Alan Dunlop, of Exeter; a sister, Carolyn Lamborn and her husband, Larry, of Pittsburg, Kan.; and three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
He graduated from high school in Pittsburg, Kan., then attended Pittsburg University. He entered the Army National Guard and served for nine years. He was a real estate developer and worked for the Copaken, White & Blitt firm in Kansas City. In 1983 he moved from Lenexa, Kan., to Exeter to make his home. He was a member of the Pittsburg Christian Church.
Funeral services were held Monday in Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville. Pastor John Ledenham conduct the services.
Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery, Pittsburg, Kan.
