Kevin Kennith Kroll, 51, of Butterfield, passed away Monday, July 2, 2007, in Cox Medical Center South, Springfield.
He was born Nov. 10, 1955, in Neosho, the son of Donald and Dorothy (Smith) Kroll. He was preceded in death by his father, grandparents, and step-father, Charles Marlin.
survivors include: his mother, Dorothy Marlin; three sons, Jeffrey Maxey, of state of Colorado, Terry Palmer, of Ozark, and Skyler Kroll, of Rogers, Ark.; three daughters, Jami Vialpando, of Aurora, Colo., Jessica Waldron and Kaylene Kroll, both of Sulpher Springs, Ark.; three brothers, Russell Kroll, of Fairview, Scott Kroll, of Joplin, and Mark Harris, of Alaska; one sister, Dena McFall, of Washburn; and five grandchildren.
He grew up and received his education in Neosho. Following high school, he entered the United States Army, where he was a cook and served until 1980. After his discharge, he went to work as a truck driver and worked for several trucking companies.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Concord Cemetery, Exeter, under the direction of Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville. Minister Ken West will conduct the services.
The family will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Thursday in Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society in care of the funeral home.
