Peggy Jean Norris, 63, of Seligman, passed away Saturday, June 1, 2007, at McCune-Brooks Hospital in Carthage.
She was born on June 7, 1943, in California, the daughter of George Eugene and Alice Jean McElroy Babbitt. She moved to Seligman in 1971. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Norris was married to Gary Norris who preceded her in death five years ago.
Survivors include two sons, Larry Wallace and his wife, Rayna, of Pea Ridge, Ark., and Marty Wallace and his wife, Shelly, of Seligman; two daughters, Debbie Gaskill and her husband, Jason, of Cassville, and Mickie Wilbanks, of Jenkins; her mother, Alice Jean Babbitt, of Lake Havasu City, Ariz.; one brother, Jimmy Babbitt and his wife, Peggy, of Prescott, Ariz.; one sister, Judy Rada and her husband, George, of Lake Havasu City, Ariz.; 11 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Services were held at 7:00 p.m. today (Wednesday) at the White Funeral Home in Cassville, with words of comfort spoken by Duane Corn.
a private burial will be held in Seligman at a later date.
Arrangements were under the direction of the White Funeral Home, Cassville.
